Positivity
A Positive mindset makes for a positive experience for you and your child. It is important that your child is in the positive mindset of wanting to learn and want to play football. Positivity breeds happiness.
Shinpads
As Football is a physical sport shin pads are essential for players to wear to limit the risk of injury.
Tshirt, jogging bottoms or shorts
Correct clothing includes the following: tracksuit bottoms or shorts, thermal underdressing especially for winter a football shirt or any other shirt that you don’t mind getting dirty.
Football boots/shoes
Having the right footwear is essential for our sessions. When you play football on Grass or 3G you will need to buy football boots with studs in them and on astro or indoor you will need to buy a different set of shoes click the button below for more information about football boots.
Thermal wear (For winter months)
During the winter months, your child would need to wear thermal wear underneath their football kit. The advantage of this is to prevent your child from getting cold whilst they are playing football. Thermal wear in comparison to extra clothing give your child better movement whilst they are moving around in comparison to extra clothing as extra clothing will make your child move on the football pitch slower.
Water bottle
As these sessions children will be running around and exerting lots of energy it is important for children to keep hydrated to keep their energy going.
